Return Policy for Ready to wear clothing
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please send an email to the customer service team at isoyotfashion@gmail.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item, minus any handling charge.
Return Policy for bespoke outfits
Due to the unique nature of bespoke outfits, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Our bespoke items are tailored to your specific measurements and preferences and cannot be resold or exchanged. However, we do offer complimentary alteration services to ensure that your item fits you perfectly.
If there is a problem with your order, such as a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. We will investigate the issue and provide instructions on how to return the item for repair, replacement, or refund. We may request photos or videos showing the defects.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not in its original condition or if it is returned after the 14-day return period.
Cancellation Policy
As each bespoke item is made-to-order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production will have commenced and the order cannot be canceled.
